1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a VoyoFace account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VoyoFace analyses a daily selfie to produce an AI-generated Wellness Score and related sub-scores reflecting visible signs commonly associated with sleep, hydration, and stress. It also suggests possible reasons for changes and offers short guided face, neck, and breathing routines.

These outputs are estimates for informational and self-care purposes only. They are not medical diagnoses, and no particular result or outcome is guaranteed. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any health concern.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Photo, Data Usage and Privacy

Your scan photos are used to generate your own scores, explanations, and routines. They are stored privately to your account and are not sold or shared publicly.

You may request deletion of your photos and account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your stored scans according to our retention schedule.

5. Age Requirement

VoyoFace is intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the service. Accounts we believe belong to minors will be closed.

6. Subscription and Billing

VoyoFace offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select until cancelled. Prices and included features may change with advance notice.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or app store subscription manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until then.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not upload photos of other people without their consent, use VoyoFace to rate, rank, or judge anyone's appearance, attempt to use it for medical diagnosis, employment, insurance, or identity verification decisions, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoyoFace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated estimates or explanations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
